I don't see problems the way most people do. When something isn't working, I don't immediately reach for a solution. I start with the facts.

What's missing?

I work the problem from every angle until I understand it. Then I simplify it.

I've always been able to see possibility where other people see limitations

Give me an idea, a problem, a broken process, or even a blank page, and my mind starts working.

What do we have? What do we need? What's possible?

Then I start connecting the dots.

That's what making something out of nothing means to me. It's not about having all the answers. It's about being resourceful enough to find a way forward.
